Mr. Olanrewaju Akinfenwa, a trained journalist and publishers of many years standing. He is an entrepreneur of over three decades.
A Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, CIBN, he migrated to Osun State in 2010 after practising as a journalist, publishers, food processor and micro finance banker in Lagos State and its environs.
He started with gaari production in Osun State and this became so renowned that the State Government showcased it to local and international visitors.
He had other products like odourless fufu, potato powder, etc.
As the convener, he brings to the table three decades of marketing communication expertise, food processing capabilities and understanding of market forces as it relates to fast moving consumer products.
He is the President of Gaari Association of Producers, GAP.
Mr. Akinremi Oluwande studied Marketing at the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro. His Post Graduate study in Business Administration was at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, NIJ, Ogba, Lagos State. He could only complete course work in Masters in Managerial Psychology study at the University of Ibadan.
He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management, Nigerian Marketing Association and the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
His work experience spanned almost three decades of marketing and credit administration which started with Dunlop Nigeria Plc through to Tripple Beams Multi Ventures Limited where he is the current Managing Director.
Mr. Adetoye Adegboyega is a graduate of Animal Production from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State. There he bagged his Bachelors Degree (B. Agric Animal Production) and thereafter proceeded to the University of Ilorin where he also bagged his Master’s degree (MSc. Animal Production).
He has being into poultry production for seven years and is also into buying and selling of eggs and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The abattoir will kill cows and goats and serve restaurants and other food sellers on a daily basis. This is a ready market.
It will equally serve households who will order and get delivered in kilograms. This is an expanding market.
